Request for Dismissal - DOES 1 through 50 - Filed 6/28/07

Below is a document filed by Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith (Mr. Edward J. Mcintyre).

The plaintiffs droped complaint against "DOES 1 TO 50". DOES is a term used in court for unknown persons. In this case, up to 50 people that help me in any way will be sued. This is to distract any person of helping me.

Unknown to me, It was filed on June 28, 2007.

The courts deputy clerk alleges that I was notified on July 26, 2007, which I was not notified.

July 26, 2007 is a day after I was released from Federal Jail/Prison with ACLU present in court on July 25, 2007.

See the small date and time stamp on the top right hand of the document? That means the document was put in the courts (Department 75) mail box which gets collected on regular basis everyday by the deputy clerk more than once per business day. Why did it take 31 days for the court to allegedly notify me?

The timing of this is obvious again that the U.S. government justice system is corrupt.
